This page explains what information this site collects when you use the contact form or browse the site, and how it's handled. This is a small, personally-run site — there's no ad network, no data reselling, and no third-party trackers beyond what's listed below.
Contact form & SEO audit requests
When you submit the contact form or the free SEO audit request, I collect your name, email address, the service you're interested in, and your message. This is stored in a private database and triggers an email notification to me. It's used only to reply to your inquiry — never sold, shared, or used for marketing without your consent.
Page analytics
Page visits are logged anonymously — the page path, browser language, referring page, and (when detectable) whether you arrived via an AI assistant like ChatGPT or Perplexity. To avoid counting a single visit more than once — for example on a page refresh — the site briefly combines your IP address and browser type into a one-way scrambled code. That code lives only in temporary server memory, changes to a new one every day, and is never written to the permanent database, linked to your identity, or shared with anyone. No IP address, device fingerprint, or personal identifier is stored in the permanent visit records. This site also uses Vercel Analytics, a privacy-first, cookie-free analytics service, for aggregate traffic trends. Separately, automated AI crawlers and search bots (for example from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or Perplexity) are logged when they request a page, based on the identification the crawler provides about itself — a self-reported claim, not a verified identity, and no IP address is stored alongside it either.
Cookies
Two functional cookies are used. One remembers your language preference (English/Farsi) so you don't have to reselect it on every visit. The other is a random reaction ID, created only if you click like or dislike on an article or book — it holds no personal data, is not linked to anything else about you, and exists solely so you can change or withdraw your own vote. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
